African airline leaders will meet to discuss the African aviation industry during the 28th African Aviation Summit: Air Finance Africa Conference & Exhibition which will take place in the Bill Gallagher Room, Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa, from Wednesday, 22nd to Friday, 24th May, 2019.
The challenge of funding airlines in Africa – both existing carriers and startups – was high on the agenda during the 27th Annual African Aviation Summit: Air Finance Africa. International and African financial experts and senior officials representing leading airlines from around Africa candidly addressed the pressing issues at hand and, importantly, recommended practical solutions to help resolve the situation.
Great value was provided during the Air Finance Africa Conference event by in-depth interviews and open discussions involving numerous African airlines, including impressive accounts and clear insights into the issues facing their airlines by Vuyani Jarana, Group Chief Executive Officer of South African Airways, Captain Ado Sanusi, Chief Executive Officer, AeroContractors of Nigeria and Kirsten King, Finance Director, Comair, South Africa.
These will be followed up in next year’s 28th African Aviation Summit: Air Finance Africa Conference & Exhibition taking place from Wednesday, 22nd to Friday, 24th May, 2019 in the Bill Gallagher Room, Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa.
